My scale has those metal plates that your feet go on and it shows you your % bodyfat, and it IS dropping. And like jamie said, any loss is a good loss. I think she was full for a while and then a few people may have dropped out or something, or maybe she just needed more testers, but then she asked again for a few more and I e-mailed her and signed up.<BR/><BR/>Unfortunately, I was not active on the ppk boards when Isa & Terry put out the call for testers for their new cookbook, which I think is gonna' have over 400 recipes in it. Make sure you can get your body fat percentage tested somewhere. I found out last week that I've lost 10 lbs of fat and gained 11 of muscle. I think I already mentioned that. Anyway, if I were to go by the scale, I would see only that I gained a pound and be completely discouraged. Get the whole picture. You'll feel a lot better and more motivated. Keep it up!
