Vegan Lunchcast Rises Again?

Call it a New Year's Resolution or whatever you want, but I am seriously considering starting this whole blogging thing again tomorrow. No, nothing bad happened to me after the seitan tutorial. I wasn't killed in an unfortunate Kitchenaid mixer accident. I just got burnt out the first time around with all of the work involved, and I took a lot of the criticism way too personal (not the comments that you guys post, I LOVE those, I'm talking about other things that you don't see here in the blog). I've missed the blog ever since I quit posting to it, and have thought about firing it back up hundreds of times.

So, here's what I think I will do. I am feeling inspired to begin contributing to my blog again. This, along with the fact that there are still lots of people who look at it every day (I'm not sure if those are new people who are finding it, or some of the regulars who just keep checking back in to see if anything has changed), has led me to decide to begin posting again tomorrow.

I guess word will slowly filter out that I am back up and running again. Please bear with me as I learn how to blog all over again. I am regretting the fact that I added those little pop-ups to my pictures now because I've almost forgotten how I even did it. I WILL figure it out again though, because I thought it was pretty helpful.

Anyway, just thought I would post a quick note to let anyone still hanging around know that I am still here, still taking vegan lunches to work every day, and starting tomorrow I will begin posting them again. I look forward to sharing them with you.

Hi Ken,
That's great news! I was really worried and wondering what happened to you!
I'm looking forward to seeing some new posts.

I am really pleased you will be blogging again because I love all your ideas for lunches. I have just started to take lunch into work instead of buying it and need all the help I can get as I quickly run out of ideas for interesting and nutritious food.

YES YES YES!!!!!!!
I am absolutely thrilled that you are doing it again. I used to check out your blog daily and have checked back every once in a while only to be sorely disappointed....

I'm so glad to see you back up and running. It's not worth any stress, though... but I am very glad you are back. :D

I randomly decided to check in after your blog came up in a (positive) conversation today - and there you are! So glad you're back!

I bookmarked your blog about a year ago and have been checking it monthly hoping you'll start writing again. VERY happy to see you're back! I especially like the chain restaurant reviews you do, and the things you cook seem easier and more doable than the vegan lunchbox.

Oh, Ken!
I was so worried and no one seemed to know what happened to you! I'm sorry to hear that you have had to face criticism due to your fantastic blogging; I have a really hard time with criticism too. I'm glad to see that you're back! It was a lovely surprise--I just got internet at my apartment and started to revisit the sites in my computer's history for the first time in eight months or so, and I am THRILLED that you're blogging again! Best wishes to you, and good luck with your weight loss goals from one vegan dieter to another ;-)
